And these principles are actually very simple, and they were developed not by the luminaries of science, but by nature itself.

The main thing is that digestion is arranged in a special way:

for assimilation of products, it is necessary that they come separately, sequentially, without mixing with each other. If this rule is violated, food is not digested and begins to rot, clogging and poisoning the entire body. It involves not only the consistent use of products, but only those that are combined with each other. Although, to tell the truth, almost all of them are incompatible. The time and conditions for digestion of different products are very different, therefore, if they are mixed, "production wastes" inevitably arise, which, without having time to be excreted, are deposited in the body in the form of fat and toxins.

The only thing that goes well with almost everything is fresh herbs. Therefore, ideally, the amount of food consumed per meal should be kept to a minimum. The principles of separate nutrition are described in more detail in books that are not hard to find.

A number of foods should be gradually eliminated from your diet altogether.

These are, first of all, cereals, cereals, white flour products, yeast bread, milk, canned food. There is nothing valuable in these feeds.

Therefore, the transition should be done gradually, reducing the proportion of cooked plant foods in your diet and increasing the proportion of raw foods. If a person ate mainly processed food all his life, then his microflora is adapted to just such a diet. As soon as an ordinary person is put on a raw diet, he will die of exhaustion.

Why this phrase was remembered, I do not know. But now, after many years, I learned that we also eat food wrong. Fasting is an important factor. It is necessary to give the body rest. We also want to rest after work, and the body needs a break. There are many ways of fasting, many books have been written about them. The main factors are preparation for entering fasting, you need to eat only light food in 24 hours, the process of fasting with or without water. The result is more effective without water. And the way out of fasting, you need to re-start the stomach to eat, start with water, then juices from non-sweet vegetables or fruits, then light meals. At the first stage, until the body is cleansed, it is better not to abuse fasting, a duration of 32 hours is enough, and then you can increase it. One day a week, be sure to rest the body. An example of my nutrition, which has come to this time. From morning until 11:00 I drink water intermittently, in total up to 1.5 liters. How to cook:

Pour wheat into a saucepan, pour plain water to the brim, stir, throw out everything that has floated to the surface, drain the water. Soak the grain overnight in a clay pot with water infused with shungite (pour completely, 5 cm on top). Wheat should be taken from northern varieties (for example, Siberian), it contains less gluten. Southern grain usually appears larger, lighter, and "fuller". The northern one is smaller, darker and somewhat "wrinkled".

Drain the water in the morning, cover the pot and leave until evening at room temperature. If in the evening it is already clear that the grains have hatched, put the pot in the refrigerator. If not, pour the grains again with shungite water, stir, drain the water and leave in a pot overnight at room temperature.

In the morning, the seedlings should be ready. The size of the shoots should not exceed 1-2 mm. Before use, they should be rinsed with drinking water to remove by-substances that are released during germination.

Pour seaweed with cold water, stir so that the sand settles to the bottom, put in a colander. Repeat this procedure two more times. The latter water must be clean drinking water. You need to rinse the algae quickly so that they do not have time to swell too much.

Grind the seaweed. Then grind the wheat germ twice. Dill, parsley, bell pepper, tomatoes, chop the garlic, add half a glass of water, seasoning and grind everything in a blender at low speed. If there are no tomatoes and bell peppers, you can substitute the same amount of carrots.Cumin seeds must be crushed into powder.

Soy sauce is preferably Japanese, low in salt and free of sodium glutomate. It is best to make the Korean carrot seasoning yourself, because the factory seasoning is supplemented with salt and toxic sodium glutamate.

Pour oats into a colander, rinse with a stream of water. Then pour shungite water in a large saucepan overnight. In the morning, transfer to a colander and cover with wet gauze in two layers. In the evening, rinse with a stream of water without removing the gauze. Soak the wheat in a pot the same evening. The next morning, wash the oats again. With wheat, proceed in the same way as in the previous recipe. In the evening, wash the oats again. The next morning, wash the oats and wheat, the seedlings are ready.

Thus, it takes two days for oats to germinate - twice as long as for wheat. The size of oat sprouts should not exceed 1-1.5 cm. Oats and barley usually germinate unevenly, but this should not bother you, all the necessary transformations in the grain will ripen. The main thing is to soak them overnight for at least 12 hours. If the barley grains do not hatch at all, it is best to germinate only oats.

Now, load the seedlings in small portions into a blender, adding water, and grind to a fine fraction, starting at low speed and ending at the highest, just not very long so as not to overheat the device. In total, this should take 2.5 liters of water.Grind wheat twice through a fine wire rack, oats once through a medium wire rack, and if it does not go (chewed), then through a large wire rack.

Next, grind the caraway and dill seeds in a coffee grinder. Combine the crushed sprouts and all the seasonings in a large bowl and leave for one hour, stirring occasionally. If the jelly is supposed to be given to children, you should handle the pepper sparingly.

The next step is to squeeze out the entire cooked mass. The most convenient option is a simple double boiler, consisting of a saucepan and a tray with a wire rack. A sieve (select by size) is placed on this pallet, a jelly mass is poured into it and first wiped a little with a wooden spatula, and then wrung out by hand. At the same time, the finished jelly flows into the pan. The cake is deposited in a large bowl. When the entire mass is squeezed out, the cake is poured with a liter of water, kneaded, and squeezed again through the same sieve.

The result will be 4 liters of jelly with the consistency of good cream. You can bottle it and put it in the refrigerator. Store no more than two weeks. In the refrigerator, on the third day, the jelly slightly acidifies and acquires a pleasant taste, with sourness. Shake the bottle well before use.

Live jelly is a biologically active product, so it should be taken carefully at first, gradually accustoming your body, and not mixed with other food. Salt-free sauerkraut recipes are widely known. However, when I tried to follow them, nothing good came out for me. There is no point in adding any additional ingredients to the recipe, because the taste from this only distorts in the undesirable direction.

How to cook:

Coarsely chop the cabbage (about 4 cm), and cut the carrots into slices. Cut the cabbage stalks near the stump and discard, cut the stalk itself. Stir everything together with the seasonings in a large bowl. No need to crumple.

Put a cabbage leaf at the bottom of two three-liter jars. Fill both jars tightly so that at least 10 cm remains up to the neck, and close the top with cabbage leaves.

Pour distilled or plain drinking water over the jars so that the leaves are covered. Put narrow half-liter plastic bottles filled with water in the jars as cargo. Cover with a cotton napkin on top.

The water should cover the leaves so that there is no air access. Put in a warm place with a temperature of 25-27 degrees Celsius. After a while, the water in the cans will rise. If it starts to overflow, reduce the weight, or remove it altogether.

The exposure time is from two to three days. This time depends on all components and conditions and must be determined intuitively. If underexposed, the cabbage will not ripen. If overexposed, it will be soft and sour. In any case, you can let it ripen in the refrigerator. Before putting it into the refrigerator, put a shungite stone in each jar. And of course the water must cover the leaves. You can use it after a week of storage in the refrigerator.

Sauerkraut without salt is perhaps the only exception to the strict rules of raw food cuisine, in which the systematic use of "leavened" products is not recommended.

Seaweed

  • Dried seaweed 100 g
  • Korean carrot seasoning (mild) 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (Japanese) 1-2 tbsp spoons
  • Natural apple cider vinegar 1 dec. spoon
  • Cedar oil 1 dec. spoon

How to cook:

Cut the algae with scissors (since it is inconvenient to eat long ones), rinse in three waters so that the sand settles to the bottom, transferring each time to a colander. The last, third water must be clean drinking. (And if chlorinated water flows from the tap, then the first two waters should be settled, preferably on shungite, clean.) In the last water, the algae should be delayed for one or two minutes, no more, so that they swell enough, but not too much. If overexposed, they become tasteless.

Place in a colander and drain. Then add seasonings, oil, (if there is no cedar, you can sesame or linseed - cold pressed), and mix. The seaweed is ready. Obviously, cooking it is not only pointless and harmful, but also simply stupid, because all the taste is lost.

Live green soup

  • Tomatoes 2 pcs.
  • Bell pepper half
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Radish 4-5 pcs. (or one small turnip)
  • Nice bunch of dill
  • Nice bunch of parsley
  • Beet tops, radishes, carrots, onions, spinach - in a small bunch
  • Chopped dry seaweed 1 tbsp. spoon with top
  • Juice of a third of a lemon (or 2 tablespoons of natural apple cider vinegar)

Chop tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, radishes, dill, parsley, onions, load into a blender. Add chopped dried seaweed(kelp, that is, which is sold in pharmacies), seasoning, oil, lemon juice and a glass of water. For pungency and aroma, you can add colored peppercorns crushed in a mill (black, white, red, green).

Turn on the blender for a minute at medium speed. Then chop the rest of all kinds of tops (you can also add garlic, sorrel, etc.), just so as not to overload the blender, and start it first at medium speed, then at high speed.

Vegetable tops contain tens and hundreds of times more proteins, vitamins and minerals than vegetables themselves. Spinach is especially beneficial. This soup has a very high nutritional value and cleanses the body well. If after it you feel twitching in the liver area, it means that the stones are coming out of you.

Live vinaigrette

  • Cauliflower or broccoli, small head of cabbage

Divide the cabbage into small inflorescences. Cut carrots and beets into strips. Cut the onions into slices and the tomatoes into small cubes. Squeeze the garlic with a crush. You can also add fresh or frozen green peas.

In winter, you can cut up some sauerkraut. Load all this into a large bowl and mix, adding seasoning. Add a little cayenne pepper (chili) for spice. Then add soy sauce, vinegar and stir. Add oil last and stir again.

Live cutlets

  • Yellow millet in a shell 200 g
  • Peeled pumpkin seeds 200 g
  • Sunflower seeds, peeled 200 g
  • Flax seeds 1 cup
