Salad with seaweed and pine nuts

For this salad we need:

  • seaweed
  • carrot,

  • cold pressed peanut butter (any oil),
  • some sea salt.

Prepared and soaked cabbage must be mixed with grated carrots. Add crushed garlic, nuts, salt a little and stir with olive oil.

Try using arame seaweed for your salad.

Arame is a type of Japanese kelp, Eisenia bicyclis, a dark brown seaweed with a mild sweet taste that is harvested, dried and cooked.

Arame grows off the Asian Pacific coast - from the Sea of ​​Okhotsk to the coast of Korea - and is highly prized by the Japanese. Aram contains 10 times more calcium than milk, 500 times more iodine than oysters, and almost 1000 times more than fish.

Arame is rich in vegetable protein and vitamin A, contains calcium, iron, vitamins B1, B2, C and D - all about the benefits of vitamins, as well as their side effects.

Seaweed and celery salad

For the salad we need:

  • 1 carrot
  • about the same amount of celery root
  • 1 large champignon
  • some seaweed (dried and then soaked)
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • a handful of walnuts
  • olive oil cold spinning

Carrots, celery and mushrooms need to be grated for Korean carrots.

Chop the parsley and garlic, add the prepared soaked seaweed. You just need to break the nuts with your hands. Season salad with salt and oil in equal proportions.

How to make a salad?

Interestingly, according to this recipe, which I will now offer you, my mother, back in the distant days of my youth, when I had problems with the thyroid gland, made the following medicine:

Ground buckwheat;

Walnuts.

All of these foods have a very good effect on the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. Of course, at that time my mother was preparing this "medicine" for me from ordinary store-bought brown (fried) buckwheat. And this dainty-medicine had to be eaten at 1 tbsp. 3 times a day. How I wanted to eat everything then! And so, having switched to a raw food diet, I remembered my mother's recipe and thought: a wonderful raw food delicacy, which, moreover, can be consumed as much as you want !!! By the way, she once again reminded my mother about the healing power of Live (raw) foods, because boiled buckwheat, alas, does not have a healing property for the thyroid gland (and for other organs).

For a holiday I make something like Rafaello sweets, when I make balls from any similar base, and then roll them in coconut flakes. It looks beautiful, but how delicious!

How to make a cake. From the resulting mass of your chosen ingredients, you sculpt cakes. Between the cakes, you can put pieces of various fruits and anoint with cream. See below for the cream recipe. The top of the cake is also smeared with cream and / or decorated with a variety of fruits, nuts, seeds, etc. As they say, what is enough imagination!

You do not have to bother with the cakes, but put the mass on a plate in the same way as in childhood we all made sand pastries: tamp the mass into a wide bowl, turn it over, after substituting a wide dish, knock on the bowl, say the magic words, lift the bowl and ... cake ready. It remains only to decorate.

1st recipe for cream: banana (simple).

1-2 bananas, dried apricots and / or prunes, cinnamon, etc. spices. Grind everything in a blender. Only banana can be used.

Raw food sushi

For the filling you will need: raw mushrooms and sprouted green buckwheat, with the addition of sunflower seeds - everything is mixed in a blender.
Cut into slices: celery stalks, zucchini zucchini, cucumber, avocado.

Raw food cake

Sometimes, after preparing nut milk, cake remains, which is good to use as a basis for a raw food cake. You can try making a "savory" cake:

Recipe:
150 g almonds,
1 avocado

3 medium tomatoes,

Almond milk

Almond milk has been drunk for a very long time. It was used in the Middle Ages in Europe and the Middle East. They were very appreciated for the convenience of preparation: water is added to the crushed nuts, and you can drink. Animal milk was not stored for a long time; it was necessary to immediately make cheese or other dairy products from it. Almonds were stored all winter, and were valuable for their nutritional qualities, in addition, they could be taken immediately in the right quantities and made a drink. Almond milk was especially valuable during fasting days, when no animal food was consumed.

Almonds are very high in calcium compared to other nuts. 20 tonsils are equal in calcium to 60 ml of milk (a quarter of a glass). Almonds are 20% protein and contain no cholesterol. Rich in vitamin E and magnesium, there is even more of it than spinach, which is considered a source of magnesium. A good source of phosphorus, therefore good for bones and teeth. It also contains potassium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and B vitamins.


Raspberry cocktail

Take 1 glass of almonds soaked for several hours (or overnight):

Grind it in a blender until mushy and gradually add water (3 cups).
